Intake & Consultation Session
Before your RTT session, you’ll complete a short intake form so I can understand your goals, your hopes and what you would love to feel or experience instead.

During our consultation, we’ll discuss this in more depth and clarify exactly what you want to achieve. This helps me shape a session that truly supports you.

Regression Hypnosis Session
In the first RTT session, you’ll enter a relaxed, focused state of hypnosis—safe and fully in your control.

We’ll explore the root causes of the beliefs or patterns that have been holding you back with curiosity and compassion. This insight creates the foundation for change.

Reframe & Transformation
Once we identify where these patterns began, we work together to reframe outdated beliefs and emotional blocks.
We gently release old patterns and create space for new empowering beliefs. This part of the process is deeply supportive and focused on helping you step into the version of yourself you want to become.

After your session, you’ll receive a soothing, personalised audio designed just for you. Listening daily for 21 days helps your mind strengthen these new, positive pathways and integrate the change.
Follow-Up & Support
After 21 days, we reconnect to talk through the shifts you’ve noticed, celebrate your progress, and explore any further support that may help you continue moving forward.
